Returns & Exchanges

At Essence Makeup, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused beauty products in their original boxes and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
